With a love for human movement, Chris is constantly perfecting his craft in optimizing the human body for whatever life throws at it. Chris believes everyone is an athlete, whether it be playing with your kids/grandkids, performing work duties or participating in sports, therefore, the body needs to move efficiently. Certified with the International Sports Science Association, Chris uses techniques such as; Animal Flow, Kettlebells, Steel Mace and Battle Ropes to bring any level athlete to the peak of their performance.

Working with Chris as my trainer has been incredibly challenging, in a good way; two months in and I am very happy I made the decision to embark on this journey.
One of the most rewarding results so far is that I am starting to feel my body awakening from within, as if responding to the new habits that we are implementing and I truly feel stronger.
But the main outcome so far is beyond the physical; the best way to describe it is that I feel more focused in my everyday Life, specially with work and I am blown away by discovering how

Chris is diligent and very knowledgeable about fitness. I had been unable to exercise for a few years due to DVTs, but with Chris' help my leg is now getting stronger. I can feel the difference in my leg and body. I was also unable to drive, but with Chris' help I am back in the driver's seat. I have had other trainers in the past, but Chris has been the most helpful. Thank you Chris.
Working with Chris is great he is the type of person who practices what he preaches. He has workouts depending on your goal and will help you, he is a great person and genually takes interest in you and your goals.
