These 60min classes are based off of Functional Hypertrophy Training: an intelligent, joint healthy, training program that helps you build muscle, lose fat, and gain strength within a minimal amount of time. Our classes never exceed 6 people per Coach because our number 1 priority will always your safety. Our goal with all of our semi-private members is to teach them how to properly train while living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. All of our semi-private members get assigned their own accountability coach to keep track of their progress.
ALL SEMI-PRIVATE MEMBERS ALSO HAVE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO OUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES GIVING THEM OVER 75 CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM EACH WEEK.
