Group Fitness Schedule

Please register for your workouts at least 24hrs in advance through our App (search Elev8 Performance). Create a unique username and password and register for the classes that you would like to attend for the week. Class will start on time so please arrive about five minutes early and check-in at the front desk upon arrival. We ask that all members bring their own water, towel, and eat a good meal no more than 2 hours prior to class (unless you are attending the early morning classes). Remember, be courteous to other participants and only register for the classes that you can attend. There is a $15 late cancel fee for any cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance.

Arms/Core 

Showcase your newly found arms after taking this class. Targeted strengthening exercises that engage muscles and build strength in a manner different than your traditional arm day. Oh and fire up your core and don’t waste another day just doing arms by themselves.

Full Body 

Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave feeling strong. Full body is our highest caloric fat burning class. You be using your own fat burning systems and throwing them into high gear along with muscle conditioning that shape and tone your body.

Chest/Back 

From body weight, light weight and resistant band training, transform yourself by hitting your biggest upper body muscle groups all in the same day.

Legs/Glutes

A great workout program cannot ever leave out the foundation of your body the legs. Shape and strengthen your quads hamstrings and glutes in this all encompassing class
