The bootcamp classes are held in a larger group setting of 30 members or less. These classes are held in a smaller group setting (4-6 people per trainer) for a 60 minute functional training workout. Functional training workouts include weight training plus endurance training. This allows you to build lean muscle mass while lowering your body fat. Semi-Private training is an affordable approach to learning the dynamics behind weight lifting, meeting new gym friends, and still be in a small enough group setting where you still get the personalized attention from your trainer. Your trainer will also provide you with a customized meal plan tailored to your fitness goals and teach you how to make smart, well-balanced food choices.

This type of membership is ideal for members looking to come in and use the gym on their own time. You do not need an appointment and you are welcome to use all the equipment at any time during normal business hours:
