These 60 minute classes are based off of functional hypertrophy training: an intelligent, joint healthy, training program that helps you build muscle, loose fat. and gain strength within a minimal amount of time. Our classes never exceed 6 people per wellness coach because our #1 priority will always be your safety. Our goal with all of our semi-private members is to teach you how to properly train while living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.

Semi-Private Memberships also include:

-Unlimited access to Open Gym

-Semi-Private members will receive a customized workout programming from their Coach

-Programming includes workouts to do on own, outside of sessions together

-Infrared Sauna & Shower access bookable through app

-Weekend Conditioning Classes
