NUTRITION

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

As a group fitness member, you receive 6 workouts per week regardless of how many classes you take and with over 25 class times to choose from plus unlimited open gym access, you can train on your own terms.

SMALL CLASS SIZE

We limit our class sizes to 10 or less people to ensure Injury prevention is a top priority.

SUSTAINABLE PROGRAMMING

Programs are designed to increase lean muscle mass and reduce body fat. We utilize seasonality and lifestyle changes to maximize results. For example, during the holidays when people tend to eat more, we put a heavier emphasis on building muscle whereas leading up to summer, our main focus shifts to reducing body fat. Simultaneously, we provide customized macro calculation and tracking to ensure maximum results.

PERFORMANCE CHECK-INS

Performance check-ins with our Client Success Managers ensure that our clients see the best results. This includes a comprehensive inBody scan, lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and progress photos – all trackable in our app.
