Our classes accommodate six or less people, with each person focusing on their own workout program designed by their dedicated coach. Each small group member is supported by their dedicated coach and client success manager who work together to ensure that they achieve their goals. We firmly believe that our small, semi-customized approach maximizes results while reducing the risk of injuries, helping you reach your fitness goals effectively.
Even in a small group workout, you are assigned 1 coach who is 100% dedicated to your results.
