Our semi-private classes offer customization at affordable prices. With a maximum of four people per session, our tailored approach ensures that every workout is designed for your individual needs and goals. With this membership you can experience the benefits of one-on-one attention within a supportive group setting.
DEDICATED COACH
As a semi-private member, you will be assigned a dedicated coach who will design your customized workout program. You will choose dedicated class days and times to train with your coach however you will still be able to enjoy the benefit of flexible scheduling. Your dedicated coach can help register you for other coach’s classes should you need to workout on a different day or time or make up for a missed session. This ensures maximum accountability at all times.
SMALL CLASS SIZE
We limit our class sizes to 4 or less people to ensure one on one attention is still given and injury prevention is a top priority.
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING
Programs are customized to your goals and lifestyle. All workouts are uploaded and tracked in our app, where we also provide customized macro calculation and tracking to ensure maximum results.
PERFORMANCE CHECK-INS
Performance check-ins with our Client Success Managers ensure that our clients see the best results. This includes a comprehensive inBody scan, lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and progress photos – all trackable in our app.
